Valet
- Pull up to the dramatic porte-cochere and have the valet park your car. The valet will deliver groceries, luggage and packages to your door. Each homeowner has at least two parking spaces in the garage and homeowners have the option of parking themselves. Akoya offers charging stations for electric cars.

- When entering the stunning lobby you will be greeted by Akoya’s 24 hour front desk attendant. You can call the front desk 24 hours a day for service.
Social Party Room
